What is Competition Team?Competition Teams participate in local competitions and have additional rehearsal schedules to our regular recreation program.

What are the June Show time commitments?Weekly Classes: Regular attendance throughout the season is essential. Rehearsal Week: Scheduled rehearsals the week before the show. All assigned shows must be attended.

What are the performance opportunities?We host a big end-of-season show in June. All dancers are invited to perform!

What are the June Show financial commitments?Costume Fees: $100 per costume Ticket Fee: All Families and attendees must purchaser their own tickets for the June show.

Who performs in the June Show?All dancers who are enrolled in classes! Each class performs in the show. To participate, you must stay enrolled in your class or classes through the end of the season.

Can parents watch class?Parents are not allowed to stand inside the studio during classes. For younger classes, we will leave the door open, as long as it's not a distraction.

What is your make-up class policy?If you miss a class, you can take a make-up class in any class that fits your age and level. You have until the end of the season to make up missed classes.

What ages do you offer children's classes for?We offer classes for ages 2-18!

Is there a dress code?Yes! Please refer to our Dress Code page for more information.

When does your dance season start?The main season starts in September and runs until the end of May, concluding with a big showcase. We offer multi-day summer dance Camps, intensives and workshops from June through August.

Is there a penalty for dropping classes mid-season?If you haven’t committed to the recital, you are free to drop classes at any time. You will still be charged a costume fee for the dropped classes if you drop after February 1st.

When does enrollment start & end?Enrollment for the dance main season opens in August and runs through February. If you wish to participate in the June Recital, you must enroll by February 1st.

Do I need to drop my classes at the end of the season?No! At the end of the season in June, all enrollments will be cleared. New enrollment is required for the next season.

Do you have waitlists for full classes?Yes! If a class is full, we can add you to the waiting list. We will notify you once a spot opens up or if we add a new class of the same type. After contacting waiting list students, you’ll have 24-48 hours to accept the spot.

I have no dance experience, what class should I take?Start with any Level 1 class in the style you're interested in!

Can I drop a class?Yes! You can drop a class through your Parent Portal. Be sure to drop your class before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged tuition. We recommend dropping online to ensure we don’t miss your request due to the volume of emails.

Can I try a class before enrolling?We offer a FREE Trial Week for all new students. You can try as many classes (for your age and level) as you'd like during the trial week before committing. The trial week ends exactly one week after your first trial class. Please note: trial classes are not available for full classes.

Am I committed to the entire season?No, you can drop at any time. However, if you plan to perform in the June Show, you must commit to the season through June.

I have prior dance experience, what level should I start in?We recommend trying a Level 1 or Level 2 class. The teacher can then evaluate your skills and place you in the appropriate level based on our studio's curriculum.

Do you pro-rate my tuition if I or my dancer can't attend class?We do not pro-rate tuition for missed classes, but we do offer make-up classes. You have until the end of the dance season to make up any missed classes in any class that is within your level and age range.

What is the refund policy?We do not offer refunds once a sale has been made. However, we do offer a credit to your account for future purchases.

When is tuition due?Tuition is auto-debited from the card on file on the 1st of each month. Auto-Pay is required for all dancers enrolled in classes. If you prefer to pay by cash, please contact us to set up a special arrangement.
